Flu Shots for Outpatient Vets

• No Appointment Necessary

A Flu shot Clinic will be established in the Recreation Hall of the Wade Park Campus on:

• October 10th
• October 15th
• October 19th

Hours of operation: 9 AM - 2:00 PM

After October 10th, veterans may receive a flu shot at any outpatient appointment.

Please note: Flu shots may not be received if you have a cold, fever or flu like symptoms or are allergic to eggs.

Please bring your veteran's id card with you.

Supplies may be limited based on national availability.
