After viewing power-point presentations (in the table below), open the exam. Answer each question by clicking on the grey box to the left of the question, and select the correct answer. It is recommended that you do one section at a time as the 89 questions can be overwhelming. Save your answers between Power-point shows. Don't forget to enter your name at the top of the form.

When you have completed the exam, follow these instructions:

  1. Save your answers by clicking "file" and then "save" under the "file" menu.
  2. Click on the hyperlink at the beginning of the test.
