Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency - PGY2

This web page is for individuals interested in applying for a Pharmacy residency or internship with the Cleveland VA Medical Center.

The Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency program offers a broad–based training curriculum designed to develop autonomous clinical practitioners in general medicine and a variety of specialty areas. Clinical practice, drug information, teaching and research are emphasized. The resident will function as a member of the multidisciplinary primary care team at the Wade Park Campus by providing consultative disease state management services with one-on-one patient visits, as well as, shared medical appointments.
