When you receive care through our medical center, you will find patient satisfaction cards, or Quick Cards, where you can rate how well we are doing. Our Quick Card results show where we are doing great and where we will strive to make it better. Our goals for your satisfaction are driven on these concepts:

We have established the Compliance and Business Integrity (CBI) Help line in an effort to correct and prevent business errors, thereby assuring that we are serving you ethically and being good caretakers of our community resources.
Example of where CBI can make a difference include patient registration, medical records, billing, and patient referrals.
Community-Based Outpatient Clinics
The Cleveland VA Medical Center serves veterans in northeastern Ohio. In addition to our two medical centers, we offer a number of services to our patients in thirteen community-based outpatient clinics. —
